Worshipful Master's Message January-Feb 2017
I am so honored and humbled to serve as Worshipful Master for 2017, and I thank you all for electing me. I would like to thank all of the Past Masters and mentors I have had, that ultimately guided me to arrive at this position of responsibility and leadership, you are such a great inspiration to me. I am proud to be a Mason and especially a member of Hiram Lodge#1 , and I promise to keep the tradition of our historic lodge safely guarded. As our first Stated Communication quickly approaches I look forward to laying out some of our plans for the year. WB Mike Calderone has left the East with the lodge in great shape, and We will continue to build on the successes of last year, we will keep charity work a high priority and continue to work with our charities on a personal level. As some of you may know, our ritual is very important to me and I'm kind of crazy( in a good way) about having it done precisely as it is written. ( I know this will not always be the case). The officers and I will take pride in doing the best Hiram Ritual that we can, whether it be a stated Communication or a Degree, we promise to do our best. We have a very strong and dedicated line of officers, and we can be certain that ole Hiram will be in good hands for years to come, and I am proud of them all. Most importantly we will strive to keep the sacred attributes of Masonry alive and well, which are Friendship, Morality, Brotherly love and Affection, the cement which unites us into one sacred band or society of fellows and brothers.
Sincerely and Fraternally
Glenn A. Jacques
